I couldn't be happier with the legal representation and work Sean gave to the organization I represent. He was a thoughtful, professional partner in an extremely difficult situation that at times seemed hopeless but reached a successful end with all parties agreeable with the outcome. A very difficult navigation that Sean was able to help lead us through. We are thankful for his help, and I highly recommend Sean when looking for legal services.

I was severely injured while windsurfing in the Florida Keys a while back after a fishing boat hit me. I required several surgeries to fix my leg and foot, and Mr. Cleary helped me receive compensation for these injuries. I am very grateful for his help and highly recommend his services. He always conducts himself with the utmost integrity and is exceptional in what he does.
Port of Miami, Bayside, Star Island, Sir Flagler Island, they're all ideal areas for jet skiers. Unfortunately, they're also ideal locations for catastrophic on-the-water collisions and injuries. The National Transportation Safety Board reports that inexperienced riders are responsible for approximately 84% of all accidents involving personal watercraft (PWC). According to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission yearly statistics, 132 persons have been injured and 11 victims died recently in PWC accidents in Florida. Monroe County had the highest number of registered accidents, 32, causing 1 fatality and 33 injuries. 20 accidents occurred in Miami-Dade County causing 4 fatalities and 16 injuries.
Florida laws require jet ski and PWC operators to be at least 14 years-old. Also, a person must be at least 18 years old to rent a PWC. Anyone 21 or younger needs to have a boating safety education ID card and carry a photo ID to operate a vessel with ten horsepower or greater legally.View full answer
